Today’s Lecture
Who Are the Kings of the East? Why Is Power Moving East?
Before exploring what sanctions mean from a spiritual standpoint, an understanding is needed of the kings of the East and why the power and wealth are moving to the East. This means the nations in the East, China the Dragon, Russia, Bear, India, etc., are forming alliances, economically, financially, militarily, etc., that exclude the West.
Most politicians of NATO and the USA fail to understand the purpose of Russia, China, and other Asian nations, as revealed in the book Revelation in the 16th-18th chapters.
Now some will say what is the Russian nation’s purpose? This discussion will answer this question using the Law, Prophets (Isa. 8:20) and the book of Revelation, not according to the worldly geopolitical focus and experts. They know absolutely nothing about the purpose of Yahweh and his Son Yahshua, as laid down in the book of Revelation.
To understand the role of the Eastern nations now, one must refer to what John wrote in his vision in the 16th chapter of Revelation, concerning the 7 angels with seven vials pouring out judgements on Mystery Babylon the Great, Mother of Harlots (the West), for their wickedness. John also wrote about a way being made for the kings of the East by the sixth angel, one of the seven.
“And the sixth angel poured out his vial upon the great river Euphrates; and the water thereof was dried up, that the way of the kings of the east might be prepared.” (Rev. 16:12)
Here is the first angel’s task.
“And I heard a great voice out of the temple saying to the seven angels, Go your ways, and pour out the vials of the wrath of God upon the earth. 2 And the first went, and poured out his vial upon the earth; and there fell a noisome and grievous sore upon the men which had the mark of the beast, and upon them which worshipped his image.”
This is a repeat of Moses and Aaron pouring out the 6th plague on Pharaoh (Exo. 9:11).

What is the Purpose of the Kings of the East?
In the most cryptic language, John revealed the purpose of the kings of the East. He stated the River Euphrates, a river in Babylon (to denote the relationship to Mystery Babylon the Great), was dried up, “that the way of the kings of the east might be prepared.”
There have been many interpretations of this verse for almost two thousand years. It wasn’t until the events of 2022 (the Russian invasion of Ukraine) fully unfolded that revealed the mystery of the dividing of the River Euphrates and who the kings of the East were.
Dr. H. C .Kinley laid down the foundation in his textbook, God the Archetype Pattern of the Universe by correlating Revelation with the events in the Law and the Prophets. Many biblical scholars in the early nineteen century believed the Kings of the East were the Moslems.
But the kings of the East and the dividing of the River Euphrates is referring to events at the end of time, eschatology. Other end-time great powers were Persia who released Israel from Babylonian to rebuild the temple in Jerusalem to the Messiah (Dan. 9:24-25), the Roman Empire that controlled the world at the time of the Messiah, and Egypt from which Israel was delivered by Moses and Aaron pouring out ten plaques on Egypt. All of these nation had roles to play carrying out various ends of an era. Likewise, Russia and China have major roles to play here at the end this age.
Dividing the River Euphrates by the Tabernacle Pattern
To understand this cryptic verse (Rev. 16:12), an understanding of the Law and Prophets and the tabernacle pattern are required. There are seven steps in the tabernacle from the Gate in the Court Round About to the Most Holy Place.
The first step is the gate.
The second step is the altar.
The third step is the brazen laver.
The fourth step is the door or first vail.
The fifth step is the entire Holy Place including the Seven-Branched Golden Candlestick, the table of shew bread, and the golden altar of incense.
The sixth step is the second vail.
The seventh step is the entire Most Holy Place including the Ark of the Covenant with two archangels thereon and the second Tables of Stone (Law of Moses) therein (Exodus 34:1).

This Second Vail concealed the Most Holy Place where the Ark of the Covenant resided, the throne of Yahweh, represented by a cloud.
In Israel’s migration out of Egypt the sixth step is the River Jordon for it divided the Wilderness of Sinai from Canaan Land or the Promise Land, the seventh step. Now the Israelites born in the wilderness (the 144,000 see Revelation Seventh chapter) during their 40 years there, crossed the River Jordan under the leadership of Joshua the Son of Nun.
Determine True East by the Tabernacle Pattern
It was the Ark of the Covenant that divided the River Jordan (Jos. 3:13) and made way for Israel to enter Canaan Land.
“Josh. 3:13 And it shall come to pass, as soon as the soles of the feet of the priests that bear the ark of Yahweh (the Lord), Yahweh (the Lord) of all the earth, shall rest in the waters of Jordan, that the waters of Jordan shall be cut off from the waters that come down from above; and they shall stand upon an heap.”
Using the pattern to determine the true sense of direction, Israel was heading east (not geographically) which is the Most Holy Place or the place of the resurrection.
Now the tabernacle always faced east geographically, the rising sun, but from a spiritual standpoint true East is the Most Holy Place where the Ark of Covenant and Yahweh dwelled in the cloud.
In fact, since the resurrection of Yahshua the Messiah, the Second Vail in the Temple was rent making the Holy Place and the Most Holy Place one compartment.
“And, behold, the veil of the temple was rent in twain from the top to the bottom; and the earth did quake, and the rocks rent;” (Mat. 27:51)
So the children of Israel entering Canaan land, represents them entering a type of heaven.
Spiritually, it is a place where the resurrected souls reside, heaven.
Since the rising of the sun in the heaven denotes the direction of East, the souls resurrected in the body of the Messiah and He being the resurrection denotes, True East.
“Yahshua (Jesus) said unto her, I am the resurrection, and the life: he that believeth in me, though he were dead, yet shall he live:” (Jn 11:25)
Correlation of the Vail and Euphrates River Dividing
Now that the various cryptic symbols have been defined, the interpretation of this verse can be explained.
“And the sixth angel poured out his vial upon the great river Euphrates…” Here “the great river Euphrates” represents in principle, the River Jordan being divided by the Ark of the Covenant for Israel to cross on dry ground and enter into Canaan Land.
This was fulfilled by Yahshua the Messiah renting the vail in the temple. The renting of the Second Vail is correlated with the River Jordan being divided by the Ark of the Covenant and the high priest parting the vail to enter the Most Holy Place on the Day of Atonement with the blood of the sacrifices (Lev. 16:12-14).
Now the divided Euphrates River is not talking about a physical river in Babylon being divided. This is a principle. It is referring to some event in the future that John saw in his vision in A.D. 96 that prepared the way for the kings of the East. This event refers to a parting of a vail or revealing process.
Also what has to be understood is what the parting or renting means from a spiritual stand point. The Messiah renting the vail, reflects an end to the Old Covenant of Moses, and Him setting up a New Order, the New Covenant (Jer. 31:31-34). In the same manner, Russia’s invasion of Ukraine ended the Old Order of Globalism established by the West banking and trading system and established a New Order led by Russia and China, which frees them from the old tyrannical order.
Why did so many Ukrainians have to die?
Some will say what about all the Ukrainians that died during this illegal invasion. Why does Yahweh allow this? These are the questions that humans ask when they fail to understand the purpose, plan of Yahweh by the tabernacle pattern. They don’t understand Yahweh, who is spirit, and to Him all flesh is as grass (Isaiah 40:6).
“1 Peter 1:24 For all flesh is as grass, and all the glory of man as the flower of grass. The grass withereth, and the flower thereof falleth away:”
This is a pattern of operation for ALL events. For example, under the Old Covenant the Moses sacrificed blood animal sacrifices which all pointed to the blood of the Messiah establishing the Old Covenant. The Messiah brought an end to the first Covenant and established a New Covenant (Heb. 8th Chap.).
Hebrews 9:18
“Whereupon neither the first testament was dedicated without blood.”
To many this may sound ludicrous, but this is a repeat of what Moses and the Messiah did, removing the Old and establishing the new. The death of all the Ukrainians were blood sacrifices for the end of the old globalism system and were needed to set up a new order. Paul writes the following.
Heb. 9:19-24“ 19 For when Moses had spoken every precept to all the people according to the law, he took the blood of calves and of goats, with water, and scarlet wool, and hyssop, and sprinkled both the book, and all the people, 20 Saying, This is the blood of the testament which God hath enjoined unto you. 21 Moreover he sprinkled with blood both the tabernacle, and all the vessels of the ministry. 22 And almost all things are by the law purged with blood; and without shedding of blood is no remission. 23 It was therefore necessary that the patterns of things in the heavens should be purified with these; but the heavenly things themselves with better sacrifices than these. 24 For Christ is not entered into the holy places made with hands, which are the figures of the true; but into heaven itself, now to appear in the presence of God for us:”
The Principle of Concealing, then Revealing
According to the tabernacle pattern, the Most Holy Place was concealed, then revealed when the Second Vail was rent. The priest was only allowed to go to the Most Holy Place once a year.
Now the events in 2022 for a time concealed, then revealed the principle of dividing the Euphrates River. It was Russia’s invasion of Ukraine that revealed the animosities of the West toward Russia and it made manifest the division between East and West.
Shortly after this invasion, the Western nations and NATO led by USA placed sanctions on Russia, which prepared the way of the kings of the East to be manifested according to Yahshua the Messiah’s purpose, plan and the divine pattern.
Now this invasion of Russia revealed who the kings of the East were. For Yahweh said in Revelations 16:13 the Kings of the East were the dragon, the beast and the false prophets. Dr. Kinley said in the text book that in these last days the Beast represents Russia and at the time of the Messiah it was Rome (See Elohim Text, Page 89, Volume IV).
China is the dragon. Various ministers have come forth with their misinterpretation of the Scriptures who are the false prophets. Note: At the time of John’s vision there were only kings ruling nations and not presidents.
Now the invasion or the principle of parting the vail was brought about by Russia, the great resource-rich nation (that owns 30% of the earth’s resources). Russia and China, the great manufacturer of the world, were brought closer together, to reshape the world in their own image and likeness.

How Is the World being Reshaped?
A few examples will show how the world is being reshaped. First, the US dollar was once the reserve currency of the world and there was a time when oil bought from the Saudi Arabia and the other oil producers could only be bought with US dollars.
By the ban on Russian oil, China and some Asian nations are buying oil from Russia, not in Euros or dollars, but with their own currencies; the Yuan for China and the rupee for India. This is half the world’s population that aren't using the dollar currency anymore. The implications on the dollar is cataclysmic.

Now Putin is saying those nations that place sanctions on him will have to buy oil using Russian Rubles. This gives Russia a foreign exchange.

It has also brought about a great division in the world between the East and West with their own currency, banking, and finance.
What is the value of a currency that half the world is not using for any type of commerce? If no one uses it, the dollar will lose its value. It will only have value in the West.
By the West cutting Russia from the SWIFT banking system and credit cards, Russia began to use China’s credit card system, Union Pay. It’s larger than Visa and MasterCard put together.

Can Russian Resources Be Replaced?
The second problem for the West is that Russia supplies a vast array of resources to the Western Economy. If the West puts sanctions on these resources, it will cripple the economies of the West. For example, Russia makes about 80 or 90% of the fertilizer for the world. If this is reduced, crop harvests will be cut in half or become too expensive to buy.

Russia's metals, such as platinum and palladium, are used in catalytic converter‘s and if there is a reduction of supplies, cars produced will be reduced in the west. These are just a few examples of Russia’s raw materials.
Broken supply lines due to the CoVID shut down have caused soaring inflation in gasoline, food, rent, etc. In addition to the sanctions on Russia, all commodities have soared in price and the system is breaking down. The commodity market is failing. Bank’s currency and contracts are breaking down.

For example, contracts that were established for a particular commodity at a particular price no longer can be honored because the price of the commodity is much higher. Another example, the metal nickel spiked to $100,000 a ton causing London exchange to halt all trading and cancel all trades for a day.

Russian’s reactions to the western sanctions has been to cut their resources. For example, we told you that there’s no fertilizer being shipped for the rest of the year to the west. Sanctions on Russia have increased the price of wheat and oil for the whole world. In Europe their largest natural gas facility is empty and will have to shut down for lack of fuel for heating and the generation of electricity.
In Europe and America there is a shortage of diesel fuel. What this means is the price for the diesel fuel will go sky high and the trucking industry is going to catch hell.

Remember, Germany imports 94% and 100%, respectively, of their oil, gas, and hard coal from Russia and other nations. This cannot be made up by other suppliers at any price, except Germany out bid other customers in Asia of their suppliers.
If no suppliers can be found, there must be a reduction which means a curtailment of electricity and manufacturers, resulting in a slower economy, recession.

Again, we can see how the sanctions have led to increased tensions between East and West. A possible Third World war is the only outcome. Putin has repeated numerous times that there will be severe consequences for the sanctions.
All of these sanctions on Russia has caused blowback on the west. The commodity market is in total chaos and all systems have broken down leading to the fall of Babylon as John wrote in Revelation 18 chapter.

They don’t understand Yahweh, who is spirit, and to Him all flesh is as grass (Isaiah 40:6).
“1 Peter 1:24 For all flesh is as grass, and all the glory of man as the flower of grass. The grass withereth, and the flower thereof falleth away:”
This is a pattern of operation for ALL events. For example, under the Old Covenant the Moses sacrificed blood animal sacrifices which all pointed to the blood of the Messiah establishing the Old Covenant. The Messiah brought an end to the first Covenant and established a New Covenant (Heb. 8th Chap.).
Hebrews 9:18
“Whereupon neither the first testament was dedicated without blood.”
To many this may sound ludicrous, but this is a repeat of what Moses and the Messiah did, removing the Old and establishing the new. The death of all the Ukrainians were blood sacrifices for the end of the old globalism system and were needed to set up a new order. Paul writes the following.
Heb. 9:19-24“ 19 For when Moses had spoken every precept to all the people according to the law, he took the blood of calves and of goats, with water, and scarlet wool, and hyssop, and sprinkled both the book, and all the people, 20 Saying, This is the blood of the testament which God hath enjoined unto you. 21 Moreover he sprinkled with blood both the tabernacle, and all the vessels of the ministry. 22 And almost all things are by the law purged with blood; and without shedding of blood is no remission. 23 It was therefore necessary that the patterns of things in the heavens should be purified with these; but the heavenly things themselves with better sacrifices than these. 24 For Christ is not entered into the holy places made with hands, which are the figures of the true; but into heaven itself, now to appear in the presence of God for us:”
The Principle of Concealing, then Revealing
According to the tabernacle pattern, the Most Holy Place was concealed, then revealed when the Second Vail was rent. The priest was only allowed to go to the Most Holy Place once a year.
Now the events in 2022 for a time concealed, then revealed the principle of dividing the Euphrates River. It was Russia’s invasion of Ukraine that revealed the animosities of the West toward Russia and it made manifest the division between East and West.
Shortly after this invasion, the Western nations and NATO led by USA placed sanctions on Russia, which prepared the way of the kings of the East to be manifested according to Yahshua the Messiah’s purpose, plan and the divine pattern.
Now this invasion of Russia revealed who the kings of the East were. For Yahweh said in Revelations 16:13 the Kings of the East were the dragon, the beast and the false prophets. Dr. Kinley said in the text book that in these last days the Beast represents Russia and at the time of the Messiah it was Rome (See Elohim Text, Page 89, Volume IV).
China is the dragon. Various ministers have come forth with their misinterpretation of the Scriptures who are the false prophets. Note: At the time of John’s vision there were only kings ruling nations and not presidents.
Now the invasion or the principle of parting the vail was brought about by Russia, the great resource-rich nation (that owns 30% of the earth’s resources). Russia and China, the great manufacturer of the world, were brought closer together, to reshape the world in their own image and likeness.

How Is the World being Reshaped?
A few examples will show how the world is being reshaped. First, the US dollar was once the reserve currency of the world and there was a time when oil bought from the Saudi Arabia and the other oil producers could only be bought with US dollars.
By the ban on Russian oil, China and some Asian nations are buying oil from Russia, not in Euros or dollars, but with their own currencies; the Yuan for China and the rupee for India. This is half the world’s population that aren't using the dollar currency anymore. The implications on the dollar is cataclysmic.

Now Putin is saying those nations that place sanctions on him will have to buy oil using Russian Rubles. This gives Russia a foreign exchange.

It has also brought about a great division in the world between the East and West with their own currency, banking, and finance.
What is the value of a currency that half the world is not using for any type of commerce? If no one uses it, the dollar will lose its value. It will only have value in the West.
By the West cutting Russia from the SWIFT banking system and credit cards, Russia began to use China’s credit card system, Union Pay. It’s larger than Visa and MasterCard put together.

Can Russian Resources Be Replaced?
The second problem for the West is that Russia supplies a vast array of resources to the Western Economy. If the West puts sanctions on these resources, it will cripple the economies of the West. For example, Russia makes about 80 or 90% of the fertilizer for the world. If this is reduced, crop harvests will be cut in half or become too expensive to buy.

Russia's metals, such as platinum and palladium, are used in catalytic converter‘s and if there is a reduction of supplies, cars produced will be reduced in the west. These are just a few examples of Russia’s raw materials.
Broken supply lines due to the CoVID shut down have caused soaring inflation in gasoline, food, rent, etc. In addition to the sanctions on Russia, all commodities have soared in price and the system is breaking down. The commodity market is failing. Bank’s currency and contracts are breaking down.

For example, contracts that were established for a particular commodity at a particular price no longer can be honored because the price of the commodity is much higher. Another example, the metal nickel spiked to $100,000 a ton causing London exchange to halt all trading and cancel all trades for a day.

Russian’s reactions to the western sanctions has been to cut their resources. For example, we told you that there’s no fertilizer being shipped for the rest of the year to the west. Sanctions on Russia have increased the price of wheat and oil for the whole world. In Europe their largest natural gas facility is empty and will have to shut down for lack of fuel for heating and the generation of electricity.
In Europe and America there is a shortage of diesel fuel. What this means is the price for the diesel fuel will go sky high and the trucking industry is going to catch hell.

Remember, Germany imports 94% and 100%, respectively, of their oil, gas, and hard coal from Russia and other nations. This cannot be made up by other suppliers at any price, except Germany out bid other customers in Asia of their suppliers.
If no suppliers can be found, there must be a reduction which means a curtailment of electricity and manufacturers, resulting in a slower economy, recession.

Again, we can see how the sanctions have led to increased tensions between East and West. A possible Third World war is the only outcome. Putin has repeated numerous times that there will be severe consequences for the sanctions.
All of these sanctions on Russia has caused blowback on the west. The commodity market is in total chaos and all systems have broken down leading to the fall of Babylon as John wrote in Revelation 18 chapter.
