The company just declared a dividend of $0.01, effective 30 June, payable to shareholders on record as of 20 June 2023.  lt appears they have drastically cut their operating expenses, while still operating at a loss as indicated in their latest quarterly financial statement.  


GROY’s technicals and share price are indicating oversold and flat at a 12 month low of $1.91/share (June 14, 2023).
