President Biden Faces the 5th Appeal
Court Against His Vaccine Mandate
As the madness of President Biden’s Administration continues, it is being met with great resistance. The 5th Federal Court “temporarily halting the mandate last weekend was in response to lawsuits filed by Republican-aligned businesses and legal groups.” Calling the requirement a “mandate,” the court said the rule, instituted through the Labor Department, “grossly exceeds OSHA’s statutory authority,” according to the opinion, written by Judge Kurt D. Engelhardt and joined by Judges Edith H. Jones and Stuart Kyle Duncan."

Now its up to the Supreme Court to rule in favor of the 5th Court Appeal or refuse to hear the case. This means the 5th Court of Appeal decision will stand.
