Introduction
Outline of Soul
What is the Breath of Life?
Breath of Life is the means of creation; either by Elohim speaking in creation or by Him breathing life into existence.
Yahweh Elohim created Adam by breathing into his nostrils the breath of life and he became a living soul (Gen. 2:7), meaning he was in a spiritually resurrected state.
There are several things to be considered.
Souls Don’t Have Gender in the Resurrection, Liken unto Angels
Yahshua told the Sadducees the souls of men when they enter the spiritual realm at death are the same as angels who have eternal life.
Mt. 22: 23-30 “That same day the Sadducees,(B) who say there is no resurrection,(C) came to him with a question. 24 “Teacher,” they said, “Moses told us that if a man dies without having children, his brother must marry the widow and raise up offspring for him.(D) 25 Now there were seven brothers among us. The first one married and died, and since he had no children, he left his wife to his brother. 26 The same thing happened to the second and third brother, right on down to the seventh. 27 Finally, the woman died. 28 Now then, at the resurrection, whose wife will she be of the seven, since all of them were married to her?” 29 Jesus replied, “You are in error because you do not know the Scriptures(E) or the power of Yahweh (God). 30 At the resurrection people will neither marry nor be given in marriage;(F) they will be like the angels in heaven.”
What is Life?
There are two types of life: one of the body and one of the soul. Life of the body is determined by its frequencies such as heart rate, brain waves, breathing determined by EKG, EEG, etc.
The Messiah defined spiritual life as follows.
When the Messiah had resurrected Lazarus from the dead He told Martha: “… I am the resurrection, and the life: he that believeth in me, though he were dead, yet shall he live: 26 And whosoever liveth and believeth in me shall never die. Believest thou this? Jn. 11:25-28”
Clearly, the Messiah is the life of the soul which is also the life of the body as he demonstrated with Adam and with Elisha. 2 Kings 4:32-35 32 “And when Elisha was come into the house, behold, the child was dead, and laid upon his bed. 33 He went in therefore, and shut the door upon them twain, and prayed unto Yahweh (the Lord). 34 And he went up, and lay upon the child, and put his mouth upon his mouth, and his eyes upon his eyes, and his hands upon his hands: and stretched himself upon the child; and the flesh of the child waxed warm. 35 Then he returned, and walked in the house to and fro; and went up, and stretched himself upon him: and the child sneezed seven times, and the child opened his eyes.”
John wrote in Revelation that those that don’t believe the prophecy in this book would be taken out of the book of Life.
“For I testify unto every man that heareth the words of the prophecy of this book, If any man shall add unto these things, Yahweh (God) shall add unto him the plagues that are written in this book:19 And if any man shall take away from the words of the book of this prophecy, Yahweh (God) shall take away his part out of the book of life, and out of the holy city, and from the things which are written in this book.” Rev. 22:18-19
What is death?
There are two types of death: one of the body and one of the soul.
Now the death of the soul is a spiritual principle of disobedience to the words or laws of Yahweh Elohim resulting in a change in states and conditions of the consciousness of the soul.
“But of the tree of the knowledge of good and evil, thou shalt not eat of it: for in the day that thou eatest thereof thou shalt surely die.” Gen.2:17
“For Yahweh (God) so loved the world, that he gave his only Son, that whoever believes in him should not perish but have eternal life.” Jn. 3:16
The death of the body releases the soul to the spirit realm. People will ask where is it located?
First, we can tell you where it is not. Prior to the Messiah’s crucifixion, it had not resurrected to heavenly Jerusalem because the blood of the Messiah had not atoned for sin and resurrected. This means the soul or spirit was earthbound which is a type of hell by the Tabernacle Pattern or the Court Round About on earth by the pattern or the Grave. All this occurred before the Messiah’s crucifixion and resurrection.
The Bible says, death is the separation of body and soul.
“Then shall the dust return to the earth as it was: and the spirit shall return unto God who gave it.” Ecclesiastes 12:7 KJV
The body (dust) returns to the earth from where it came to await the resurrection, “and the spirit (soul) shall return unto Elohim (God) who gave it.” Ecclesiastes 12:7 KJV
In Egypt Israel had a place to stay in Goshen (Gen. 45:8-10), which separated Israel from the Egyptians. Now Egypt was a type of Hell. It typified the soul waiting in hell until the resurrection. David wrote: “For thou wilt not leave my soul in hell; neither wilt thou suffer thine Holy One to see corruption.” Psa. 16:10
This proves that Hell was divided. The believers had a place in hell waiting for the Messiah.
There was another place in hell for the unbelievers. This is reflected by Israel being in Goshen and the Egyptians being everywhere else in Egypt.
In the story about the rich man and poor Lazarus, Yahshua says that Lazarus was comforted at Abraham’s side after he died (Luke 16:25).
Before the Messiah’s crucifixion, the souls had to wait until the lamb was crucified as it was in Egypt with the Pascal Lamb being slain and the blood put on their door, creating a 4 point configuration of blood. This was the resurrection from Egypt which typified the Messiah resurrecting all those souls that had died believing He would come.
Peter being released from the Philipian jail was a type of a soul in hell. The angel (a type of the Messiah) appeared in prison which prefigured hell (Acts 12:3-9). This event occurred after His resurrection and outpouring of the Holy Spirit.

Spiritual embodiments (someone who dies) don’t have gender, but do have a counterpart of who they were in the flesh. Angels can also project a masculine or feminine gender, but not be male or female.

- Breath of life is an integral component of Elohim’s spiritual embodiment. It is not Pure Spirit.
- Elohim consists of the 9 divine spiritual attributes in a lower state than Pure Spirit with His will (i.e., intention, pattern, plan, and purpose) to create a creation (Heb. 1:4-10). Elohim is the beginning of creation (Col. 1:15-18).
- The substance of Adam’s soul is a substance that wasn’t Pure Spirit nor physical matter (called subtle matter, according to the Theosophical Society), but was a state between Pure Spirit and dense physical matter. Meaning Adam was composed of the 9 divine attributes in their Intermediate state, which Dr. Kinley, referred to as the state lower than Pure Spirit, which is symbolically represented as the phenomenal Cloud atop Mt Sinai (Ex. 19th & 20th Chap).
- The 9 divine attributes in the Pure Spirit state have no form and are invisible. So this state can’t be the primary substance that composes the Intermediate state, which was used to create the city of New Jerusalem with all its precious stones, trees, gardens, rivers, structures, gold streets, etc., in this realm.
- John wrote in his panoramic vision in Revelation the following which proves there is a substance that makes up the Angelic creation. “And he carried me away in the spirit to a great and high mountain, and shewed me that great city, the holy Jerusalem, descending out of heaven from God, 11 Having the glory of God: and her light was like unto a stone most precious, even like a jasper stone, clear as crystal; 12 And had a wall great and high, and had twelve gates, and at the gates twelve angels, and names written thereon, which are the names of the twelve tribes of the children of Israel:” Rev 20:10-12; He also wrote “And he shewed me a pure river of water of life, clear as crystal, proceeding out of the throne of God and of the Lamb. 2 In the midst of the street of it, and on either side of the river, was there the tree of life, which bare twelve manner of fruits, and yielded her fruit every month: and the leaves of the tree were for the healing of the nations.” (Rev.22:1-2)
- Quoting H. C. Kinley’s Panoramic vision pamphlet, he states the following. “Finally, only the one most advanced soul entered into the cloud: which was the connecting link between Spirit and Matter. Too dense to be Spirit and too ethereal to be Pure Matter, the cloud became the meeting place between the soul of a mortal man and the Eternal Soul.” - What does this mean?
- See OTB DIVER HIT Jellyfish Diver poisoned by Jelly fish had an OBE and saw NH&NE. Time 12:00 - 15:20 Describes New Jerusalem. One of the properties of the intermediate state is it emanates light. See the angel releasing Peter from the jail, Acts 12:3-9

- What causes the death state?
- What causes the state or death of souls? Where do dead souls go before Pentecost and after it?
