Introduction
It is very hard to be optimistic when faced with the events unfolding today, both on an international and local level.
The Feds are fighting inflation and raising interest rates. The money supply is decreasing. De-dollarization is increasing as Russia and China (and all the BRICS nations) move away from dollars in international trading.
Finally, banks are not in a position to create loans and increase the money supply out of thin air by the fractional reserve system.
The bond investments of the banks are in shambles and the deposits are in the same shape, because the feds have raised interest rates over 400% in one year, which has devastated the value of the bond portfolio.
Rising interest rates devaluates the bond principle.
Few Americans understand how money is created. If the banks don’t loans, there is no money in circulation.
For a dollar to be put in circulation, one dollar of a loan must be created.
In other words, each dollar you have in your bank account or in your pockets, it’s based on one dollar of debt.
1 Dollar = 1 dollar of Debt + interest
So if the depositors demand their money, the banks will have to sell their bonds at a loss to satisfy their depositors. This will close banks creating a run in the banking system.
The only alternative is to allow the Feds to print trillions of dollars out of thin air to bail out the banks, which in turn creates huge amounts of dollars in the money supply, causing an inflationary depression.
All of this has been prophesied in Revelation 18 chapter.
