Since the DBR of YM and the outpouring of the HS, the NC was established with Jews first in AD 34, then with Gentiles in AD 40. Neither has any responsibility to follow the Law of Moses. Since now both are under the NC, they should hear and obey the SSV from heaven.
Exo. 25:21-23
21 And thou shalt put the mercy seat above upon the ark; and in the ark thou shalt put the testimony that I shall give thee. 22 And there I will meet with thee, and I will commune with thee from above the mercy seat, from between the two cherubims which are upon the ark of the testimony, of all things which I will give thee in commandment unto the children of Israel.

Never want to be like King Saul who went outside the body to a witch for answers because Samuel was dead, the Phillistine’s were starting war with Israel, and Yahweh would not answer him by dream, prophet or Thurmin.
