As the government spends money like a drunken sailor, the national debt continues to pile up. The budget deficit now well over $35 trillion dollars and growing shows no sign of slowing down anytime soon. Just the interest on the debt at current fed rates will be well over $1 trillion dollars. So expect higher taxes for the middle class and the common man.
