Supreme Court (SC) Fearful of US Response to Texas Decision Like Aaron Was Fearful of Israel Building a Golden Calf
 
Introduction 
There is quite an uproar over the Supreme Court (SC) not hearing the complaints of Texas, President Trump, 20 others States, etc., against 4 states, Pennsylvania, Georgia, Michigan, and Wisconsin for violating the voting laws of their states and the US Constitution. It’s these four states, the so-called swing states, that got Biden elected in the presidential 2020 election.

I will discuss the violations of these four states' laws and the SC’s refusal to hear Texas and others complaints against them. I will show by the divine pattern, purpose and plan of Elohim that this is a repeat of Aaron and 70 elders issue concerning the golden calf, and what happened to Yahshua the Messiah and the Sanhedrin Council (Israel’s Supreme Court). By the divine pattern and the Holy Scriptures, the ramifications of the SC’s decision on the Texas matter will be revealed.

How were controversial matters 
settled under the Law of Moses?
Isaiah the prophet wrote: “To the law and to the testimony! If they do not speak according to this word, it is because there[o] is no light in them.” (Isa 8:20) To resolve controversial arguments in Israel at this time, they were settled by the law and testimony. Now the testimony is of the prophets or anyone that speaks under the auspices of the Holy Spirit.

At the time of Messiah, the leading priests of Israel, were called the Sanhedrin Council consisting of the 70 elders of lsrael. They were the interpreters of the law of Moses and what they added without divine instructions.

How are controversial matters settled in the US?
Today in the USA the law of the land is the Constitution. Now the final arbiters of the Constitution are nine SC Justices.

“Since the 16th century, Lady Justice has often been depicted wearing a blindfold. The blindfold represents impartiality, the ideal that justice should be applied without regard to wealth, power, or other status.” (See article below)

Now the SC said Texas and 180 others with filings had no standing when Texas asked the SC to throw out the election results of the four states: Pennsylvania, Georgia, Michigan, Wisconsin due to voting irregularities of their state law. Please see the video link below.

SCOTUS rejects Texas' bid to upend election results

SC majority refused to hear their case against TEXAS. Only Justices Thomas and Alito wanted to hear the merit of this case.

Why didn’t the SC want to hear the Texas case?
It’s clear the SC didn’t want to overthrow the fraudulent Biden win of the election for fear of the people. In other words the SC refused to acknowledge the truth concerning Biden’s fraudulent win of the 2020 Presidential Election.

There Is nothing new under the sun (Eccl. 3rd Chap) So this means that there are no events in the past that are not themselves repeated over and over in various manifestations of Elohim’s purpose pattern and plan.

The SC’s refusal to even hear the merit of the case is a repeat of the fear Aaron and 70 elders had for not building the golden calf for Israel as they requested. Exodus 32 Chapter.

Did Aaron fear Israel?
Now Israel heard Yahweh speak to them from a fiery cloud at Mount Sinai that thundered the Ten Commandments law into their consciousness, including Thou shall not make any graven images.

So when Moses went up into the fiery cloud with Joshua, his minister, and stayed 40 days and 40 nights, the children of Israel rose up and built a golden calf. Quoting Exodus 32:1 the people said to Aaron, the first high priest of Israel, “Come, make us gods who will go before us. As for this fellow Moses who brought us up out of Egypt, we don’t know what has happened to him.”

When Moses came down from the mountain and saw Israel had build a golden calf calf, Moses questioned Aaron on this issue. Moses said to Aaron “What did these people do to you, that you led them into such great sin?” (Ex. 32:1)

It Is clear Aaron was fearful of the people along with the 70 elders of Israel, who were the judges of lsrael. Where were they when lsrael built the golden calf? 

This is Aaron reply to Moses “And Aaron said, Let not the anger of my lord wax hot: thou knowest the people, that they are set on mischief. For they said unto me, Make us gods, which shall go before us: for as for this Moses, the man that brought us up out of the land of Egypt, we wot not what is become of him.” Clearly, Aaron and the 70 elders were fearful of the people and went along with this great sin. Exodus 32:22-23 KJV

Does the SC fear Americans?
Thus, the SC likewise was fearful of the truth of the election corruption and of the people, which is a repeat of Aaron and the 70 elders, who failed to accept the Truth of what Yahweh Elohim spoke from the mountain.

Moses burnt the golden calf and made Israel drink it showing forth their corruption and also it was this golden calf that brought about a division within Israel. Moses armed the Levite priests who went thru the camp and killed 3,000 who were not on Yahweh’s side. Question: Do many (pundits, politicians, etc.) fear that the SC decision will lead to bloodshed and civil war? 

Many polls that have been taken of Trump supporters show 70% to 80% of them are unwilling to except Biden as president and do not want Trump to concede. In simple terms, there is great animosity between the Democrats and the Republicans, just like the Pharisees were divided against Yahshua Messiah and His disciples

Thus, the SC will drink of their miscarriage of justice as the Civil War fractured the Union by their actions.

Did the Sanhedrin Council fear Israel?
Finally, with Yahshua Messiah, the Sanhedrin Council refused to accept the Truth, that Yahshua was the Son of Yahweh. They feared the Messiah because they were losing their followers to the Messiah. Now the Sanhedrin Council wanted to kill the Messiah, but was fearful of people who knew he was a prophet of truth.

At the time of Israel when the Messiah began His ministry Israel had been divided for hundreds of years between the Northern and the Southern Kingdoms with each having their own king.

When the Messiah came he said he came to bring division in Israel. Mt. 10:34 said “Think not that I am come to send peace on earth: I came not to send peace, but a sword. 35 For I am come to set a man at variance against his father, and the daughter against her mother, and the daughter in law against her mother in law. 36 And a man's foes shall be they of his own household.”

This division was manifest after the crucifixion, Yahshua’s resurrection and the outpouring, which began the New Covenant where one is saved by Grace and ended the Old Covenant of Moses with ritualistic forms of worship along with feast days.

Is America divided?
It is this 2020 reelection of President Trump and the one four years ago in 2016 that elected President Trump 45 that has divided the nation. The division has been further fueled by the SC not hearing the Texas case. 

I stated in the last email sent Tuesday that the Supreme Court would not have the courage to stand up for the truth and issue a decision on the merit of this case using the law of the land, the constitution.

“Pennsylvania Supreme Court just handed down their decision to deny Trump’s legal team. Quite obvious that no one wanted to deal with the hot potato of Biden's fraud because this will undermine the whole system”

Is the SC addressing the issues?
The SC is not addressing the issues: the corruption of these four states using the constitution, which means they are manifesting unrighteousness and disrespect to the constitution. For Isaiah wrote: to the law (constitution) and to the testimony, if they speak not according to this Word, there is no light in them (SC).

Texas GOP chair calls for SECESSION after SCOTUS rules against Trump

“Texas GOP Chairman Allen West said some states should break away from the rest of the United States and 'bond together' in a call for secession not seen since the American Civil War while vloggers Diamond and Silk questioned: ''If the Supreme Court can't save our Republic, then where is the Military?' they tweeted.’”  

West went on to say: This decision establishes a precedent that says states can violate the US constitution and not be held accountable,' West said in a statement after the ruling. \’Perhaps law-abiding states should bond together and form a Union of states that will abide by the constitution.' 

Giuliani, Trump's personal lawyer and the man who has spearheaded his legal battle against the election result, appeared on Fox News' Sean Hannity to cry 'censorship' and claim the 'facts have been suppressed'. He stated: 'I feel the Supreme Court or at least seven of the justices have evaded their responsibility to try to bring this country together and give us a rational view of this case as opposed to the hysterical propaganda we've had so far. 'These are very sound allegations, they may or may not be true, they have to be tested but that's what the court is for. They can't just dismiss it like that because it is too difficult to hear.' He added: 'And I think are evading their responsibility as the chief law enforcement agency - the chief court in this land.' 

White House Press Secretary Kayleigh McEnany also appeared on the Hannity show to blast the Supreme Court for 'dodging' the lawsuit and 'hiding behind procedure'.
