Dr. JT said the following on the PLIM Thursday 12-07-23 webinar,  “If you don’t have a valid, diagnosable disease, there’s no treatment for it and Medicare won’t cover it. The Sick Care model (followed by most allopathic doctors) only treats you when you are sick. If you’re not sick and don’t have a diagnostic code that pairs you with a treatment,” Medicare won’t cover it.

Treatments such as Chiropractic maintenance or 
Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy (HBOT) for healthy people would be deemed unnecessary. See quote from Medicare below.

Maintenance Therapy.- Chiropractic maintenance therapy is not medically reasonable or necessary and is not payable under the Medicare program. Maintenance therapy includes services that seek to prevent disease, promote health and prolong and enhance the quality of life, or maintain or prevent deterioration of a chronic condition."


Maintenance therapy is not a Medicare benefit. Once the maximum therapeutic benefit has been achieved for a given condition, ongoing maintenance therapy is not considered a covered service under the Medicare program.”

Some of the more recent medical breakthroughs took 50 years or more to reach the market. Look how long penicillin took from being discovered to being distributed to the public.  If you needed an antibiotic before 1946 and were waiting on its medical approval, you would have died waiting. Although the Egyptians used moldy bread to treat wounds, 5000 years before Dr. Alexander Fleming, it took that long before penicillin was rediscovered.
