18 And after these things I saw another angel come down from heaven, having great power; and the earth was lightened with his glory. 2 And he cried mightily with a strong voice, saying, Babylon the great is fallen, is fallen, and is become the habitation of devils, and the hold of every foul spirit, and a cage of every unclean and hateful bird. 3 For all nations have drunk of the wine of the wrath of her fornication, and the kings of the earth have committed fornication with her, and the merchants of the earth are waxed rich through the abundance of her delicacies. 4 And I heard another voice from heaven, saying, Come out of her, my people, that ye be not partakers of her sins, and that ye receive not of her plagues.

Introduction
Over the last 30 years the collapse of various financial institutions, such as hedge funds, Long Term Capital Management (LTCM), and recently banks, such as Silicon Valley Bank (SVB), regional banks and five other banks, has led to a financial crisis in the American economy.


Few Americans understand how the fractional reserve system operates. The Federal Reserve Bank primarily caused most of the collapses in the banking system by lowering interest rates to zero and raising them 400% in one year. 


This resulted in the value of the bonds' investment portfolio funds to collapse. FDIC equity forced these banks to close because they were bankrupt and the depositors were forced to flee to larger national  banks,  such as the Bank of America, JP Morgan, and four others, causing a bank run on smaller banks. 


Remember, the FDIC only insures depositors up to $250k per account. In some cases these failing banks had 50% of accounts greater than $250k. To prevent further panic, Secretary Treasurer Yellen said ALL funds would be guaranteed. These banks will be made whole by some kind of bailouts out by others banks, US Treasury, FDIC and the Feds printing money out of thin air. Panic has been temporarily halted, but confidence and trust remains very shaky. None of this has resolved the crisis only pushed it down the road.


Now the American situation is not unique. Europe’s largest bank, Credit Suisse, was forced to marry USB, another Swiss bank. 


Due to this crisis, other countries central banks, led by US' nemesis, Russia and China, are selling their dollars and dollar investments, buying gold in record amounts, and trading in local currencies. Is the dollar failing as it did in Egypt When Joseph was governor?


Now all this seems to fulfill John’s prophecy in Revelation 18 chapter saying come out of Babylon, and be partakers of her sins or plagues (Rev. 18:1-5).  


Below are events that provide evidence that this prophecy is being fulfilled.
