1 Kings 22:20-22
“20 And Yahweh (the Lord) said, Who shall persuade Ahab, that he may go up and fall at Ramothgilead? And one said on this manner, and another said on that manner. 21 And there came forth a spirit, and stood before Yahweh (the Lord), and said, I will persuade him. 22 And Yahweh (the Lord) said unto him, Wherewith? And he said, I will go forth, and I will be a lying spirit in the mouth of all his prophets. And he said, Thou shalt persuade him, and prevail also: go forth, and do so.”


2 Thessalonians 2:10-12
10 And with all deceivableness of unrighteousness in them that perish; because they received not the love of the truth, that they might be saved. 11 And for this cause Elohim (God) shall send them strong delusion, that they should believe a lie: 12 That they all might be damned who believed not the truth, but had pleasure in unrighteousness.

Introduction
We read from the 03-26-22 PLIM blog above dealing with the consecration of Russia to the Virgin Mary, the Immaculate Heart of Mary. As Moses was given a commission at the burning bush to deliver the Children of Israel from Egypt, this can be correlated with three Portuguese children given a vision of the Virgin Mary.  Although these two events represent two different mysteries of righteousness and iniquity respectively, they operate by the same pattern and plan of Yahweh.


Today’s lecture will focus on how sanctions placed on Russia and China are reshaping the world since Russia’s invasion of Ukraine, creating a New World Order.

The word sanction is not literally in the King James version of the Bible, but it is in the Weymouth version of the New Testament and the New America Standard Bible.

However, the word sanction, in principle, is also in the King James Version.


In the Law of Moses, Yahweh told him to tell the Israelites to place blood on the two side posts of their door from a basin. This was the Institution of the Passover and sanctioned by Yahweh (Exo. 12:1-7).


This means that it was lawful by Yahweh for Israel to put the blood on the door to protect them from the death Angel.

When Nimrod begin to build the Tower of Babel, he didn’t have the sanction of Yahweh to build this structure. Neither did he have instructions or a plan. (Gen. 11:1-9)


As a result Yahweh came down and confused their tongues.

In the prophets, Pharaoh Neco of Egypt was given instructions by Yahweh to attack Babylon to help Assyria. 


Now Pharaoh had to past thru the land of Judah and was met by King Josiah who prevented Pharaoh Neco from passing through.


Now Josiah didn’t know Pharaoh had Yahweh’s sanction to pass to fulfill his mission. As a result, Josiah was mortally wounded in battle with Pharaoh Neco. (2Kgs. 23:9,  2 Chr.  35:20-24)

When Paul was persecuting the Assembly of Yahshua, he had sanctions from the high priests and the elders to bring anyone who refused to keep the ordinances of the law of Moses back for trial (Acts 8).


Here sanction meant he had the authority from the elders of Israel to gather up Israelites who were disobedience  to the law.


The problem was that Paul didn’t know the the Law of Moses was invalid because Yahshua Messiah had fulfilled it and brought it to an end by His death, burial, and resurrection (Rom. 10:4). This is because the New Covenant had been established on the Day of Pentecost and sanctioned that salvation is by grace through faith in Yahshua the Messiah’s crucifixion and resurrection.

About a month ago the US & NATO placed, draconian sanctions on Russia for invading Ukraine. 


The rationale was that Russia had violated International LAW. But Russia said that the US and NATO wouldn’t ban Ukraine from joining NATO, move all missiles out of former USSR nations and allow the two oblasts to secede from Ukraine.


Since no one knows anything about the purpose, plan, and pattern of Yahweh Elohim, they have no understanding where things are headed. The US, NATO nor Russia have an understanding that a higher power is directing the affairs of humanity.


Now the sanctions placed on Russia will not impede Russia from fulfilling its mission which very few understand or have given any consideration.


Man-made sanctions on Russia means absolutely nothing because its purpose supersedes this.


Russia’s purpose, along with ten nations or horns, is to burn the harlot as John wrote in Revelation 17th chap.


Rev. 17:16-17
“16 And the ten horns which thou sawest upon the beast, these shall hate the whore, and shall make her desolate and naked, and shall eat her flesh, and burn her with fire. 17 For Yahweh (God) hath put in their hearts to fulfil his will, and to agree, and give their kingdom unto the beast, until the words of Yahweh (God) shall be fulfilled.”
