The question that should be asked is what is FEMA preparing for?


Has FEMA read Revelation 17:16-18? Paraphrasing this verse, it states the beast with ten horns shall hate the harlot and burn her with fire because Yahweh has put in their hearts and mind to fulfill His will.

One may ask who is the beast, 10 horns on the beast, the harlot and why does the beast hate the harlot?


To fully understand this scripture requires an understanding of the Law and Prophets or the Old Testament to arrive at the correct interpretation of the beast and the harlot.

Now in the Torah or the Law of Moses, Yahweh Elohim told Moses that Israel had to conquer seven gentiles nations in Canaan Land to receive their inheritance. Now Moses defeated two nations on this side of the River Jordan in the Wilderness. 


“When Yahweh Elohim (he LORD thy God) shall bring thee into the land whither thou goest to possess it, and hath cast out many nations before thee, the Hittites, and the Girgashites, and the Amorites, and the Canaanites, and the Perizzites, and the Hivites, and the Jebusites, seven nations greater and mightier than thou; And when Yahweh Elohim (he LORD thy God) shall deliver them before thee; thou shalt smite them, and utterly destroy them; thou shalt make no covenant with them, nor shew mercy unto them: (Deu. 7:1-2)


There were also seven rebellions of Israel against Moses and Elohim once Israel left Mt. Sinai. 

1. “And the people complained about their hardships.” (11:1) “And the rabble among them had greedy desires… and said ‘Who will give us meat?!’” (11:4)
2. “And Miriam and Aaron spoke against Moses.” (12:1)
3. “And all the community raised their voice… and grumbled against Moses and Aaron.” (14:1-2)
4. “And Korah… with Nathan and Abiram… with two hundred and fifty leaders of the community… rose up against Moses.” (16:1-3)
5. “And the entire community grumbled against Moses and Aaron.” (16:41)
6. “And the people quarreled with Moses.” (20:3)
7. “And the people spoke against God and Moses.” (21:5)

Israel’s Rebellion in the Wilderness



Yahweh Elohim begins to reveal that His purpose will replay itself over and over again, at the beginning of our Present Kingdom Age of Grace by faith 34 A.D. 


In the book of Revelation written in A.D. 96, the seven Gentile nations that Yahweh told Moses Israel would conquer now represent the seven horns on the beast. These were the seven great nations in Canaan. 


Now the seven nations reflect what the Apostle John saw in his panoramic vision. He wrote in Revelation that He saw a great wonder in heaven. Lucifer, a great Red Dragon with seven heads and ten horns.


“Rev. 12:3 And there appeared another wonder in heaven; and behold a great red dragon, having seven heads and ten horns, and seven crowns upon his heads.”


Now the seven horns represent the seven nations that Israel conquered in Canaan Land by Joshua Son of Nun. The three horns added in this Present Kingdom Age after the Messiah’s cruxifixction are three other nations that John saw on the beast. These seven nations plus three are the 10 nations which will hate the whore, along with the beast. for Yahweh has put it in their heart to fulfill His will.


In the fulfillment, the Messiah cast out seven demons from Mary Magdalene. (Lk. 8:2)


The Book of Joshua gives a convenient list of the 31 kings that Joshua conquered in chapter 12, verses 8–24. Ten cities were the main powers and these gentiles nation represented the beast according to Yahweh.

He told Peter in a vision to slay and eat all manner unclean beasts; crawling, four footed and flying. These beasts represent the gentiles nations. (Acts 10:10-16)
