​Introduction
2022 began with the Supreme Court hearing January 7 of President Biden’s Mandatory Vaccination thru OSHA for companies with 100+ employees, ordering they be vaccinated or tested weekly and wear a mask. See their ruling below.


The USA and Russia met in Geneva Switzerland Jan 10 to discuss the Russian ultimatum on Ukraine. Russia’s ultimatum was for NATO to deny Ukraine admission into its body and place no missiles or other military equipment in Ukraine that could threaten Russia. If the ultimatum is not met, Russia threatens a military option.


Will there be war or increased tension between USA / NATO or Russia? The meeting ended with the USA rejecting the Russian ultimatum.


“Wendy Sherman, the lead American diplomat, said the United States was “pushing back on security proposals that are simply non-starters for the United States,” including Russia’s demands that Ukraine not be admitted into NATO, and that the alliance end its security not cooperate with Ukraine.”  


“We will not allow anyone to slam closed NATO’s open door policy, which has always been central to the NATO alliance,” Ms. Sherman said on a conference call with reporters. “We will not forgo bilateral cooperation with sovereign states that wish to work with the United States. And we will not make decisions about Ukraine without Ukraine, about Europe without Europe, or about NATO without NATO.”


“The Russian Foreign Minister Deputy Foreign Minister Sergei A. Ryabkov, Russia’s lead negotiator, insisted after the meeting in Geneva that it was “absolutely mandatory” that Ukraine “never, never, ever” become a member of NATO, the U.S.-led military alliance. He warned that if NATO did not agree to roll back its presence in Eastern Europe, it would face unspecified consequences that would put the “security of the whole European continent” at risk.”


Yet he said there was no plan to invade Ukraine.”

One for the People!!! The Conservative Republican Supreme Court (SC) overruled President Biden’s Administration mandate for businesses over 100+ employees to be vaccinated or tested weekly at their own expense and wear a mask.


The SC said: 
“The U.S. Supreme Court today rejected the Biden administration’s mandate requiring employees of large businesses to be vaccinated against COVID or undergo weekly testing and wear a mask indoors while working.”


“The court’s conservative majority said the administration overstepped its authority by imposing the Occupational Safety and Health Administration’s (OSHA) vaccine-or-test rule on U.S. businesses with at least 100 employees.”


“At the same time, the court allowed to move forward a separate rule mandating COVID vaccines for workers in healthcare facilities that receive Medicare or Medicaid.”


“The conservative justices wrote in an unsigned opinion:
“OSHA has never before imposed such a mandate. Nor has Congress. Indeed, although Congress has enacted significant legislation addressing the COVID–19 pandemic, it has declined to enact any measure similar to what OSHA has promulgated here.”


Clearly, this is an overstep by OSHA.

Continued Debate on the MasK


Going into the third year of this CoVID-19 plandemic,  there is still debate on the effectiveness of masks. Fauci MD. Director NIAID has vacillated on this mask issue. He said at one time the masks were not effective against CoVID-19, then reversed his decision.
