This means companies with 100+ employees, that were mandated to get the shot or get tested weekly have to cease and desist. The ruling didn’t mention the status for Federal employees, contractors, and armed forces who were also cited under President Biden’s mandate. 

Now the media has reported very little of the 5th Circuit Court Appeal decision to the public since it occurred almost two weeks ago. Most Americans are not even conscious of the ruling or what the implications are. The Supreme Court will take up the case soon in 2022.

For dealing with this vaccine program, each state of the Union is sovereign and has its own laws.  

Recently, the state of Maine made it mandatory for all health workers to be vaccinated regardless of their religious belief. The case went before the US Supreme Court with the following ruling. 

“U.S. Supreme Court on Friday turned away healthcare workers seeking a religious exemption to Maine's COVID-19 vaccine mandate in the latest battle over vaccination to reach the justices.”

“The court, which has a 6-3 conservative majority, rejected a request made by nine unnamed plaintiffs who identified themselves as healthcare workers who object to receiving the shots on religious grounds. The court previously rejected challenges to vaccine mandates in New York and Indiana, though those cases did not involve religious objections.”

Most of the Democratic states of the Union have some form of vaccination mandate on the state level for adults and children.

Now the Republican state governors have issued Executive Orders forbidding companies to demand their employees take the shot, be tested, or be fired.

In fact it was these governors that filed the suit against President Biden’s Mandate. Quoting, “After President Joe Biden, a Democrat, said on Thursday he will enforce the mandate starting Jan. 4, the states of Florida, Georgia and Alabama jointly sued in the 11th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals in Atlanta.”

With the Supreme Court being the highest Court in the land with the authority to give the final interpretation of the Constitution, President Biden skoffed at the recent ruling by the 5th Circuit Appeal Court. He told the mandated businesses to ignore the Court’s ruling.

Quoting an article entitled “The U.S. Is a Powder Keg,” “The 5th Circuit Court of Appeals has issued a stay against OSHA’s mandate on businesses. The Biden administration attempted a response, but the result was lame. It just said that it stands by the mandate on health grounds, period. Perhaps this won’t surprise you, but the president himself instructed businesses to go ahead and proceed, essentially advocating that they ignore the court ruling.”

“In other words, the Biden administration has gone completely lawless, not just ignoring the U.S. Constitution but also advocating that businesses ignore the courts. That’s dangerously close to announcing that we now live with dictatorship.”

The Messiah told the leaders of Israel that if they wanted to understand what He was doing and teaching, they had to go to the Law (Torah) and Prophets (Isa. 8:20. Jn. 5:39). 

Today the Constitution is the Law of the Land and President Biden has refused to abide by it. As the article quoted above states about this lawlessness, the President is playing the same role as the High Priest and elders of Israel. They constantly confronted the Messiah on their traditions and not the Law (Matt. 15:3; Mk. 7:1-7).

Biden is breaking the constitution by his communistic and sociolistic ideology.

Now this lawlessness was described to Jeremiah who wrote Jer. 51:7 quoted above and John saw the same woman Jeremiah saw dressed in scarlet and purple riding the beast with the same golden cup.

Rev. 17:4-6 “4 And the woman was arrayed in purple and scarlet colour, and decked with gold and precious stones and pearls, having a golden cup in her hand full of abominations and filthiness of her fornication: 5 And upon her forehead was a name written, Mystery, Babylon The Great, The Mother Of Harlots And Abominations Of The Earth. 6 And I saw the woman drunken with the blood of the saints, and with the blood of the martyrs of Jesus: and when I saw her, I wondered with great admiration.” 

The vaccinations of children and adults for CoVID-19 are uncalled for where 99.75% survive the virus. Now millions have died and been injured from the side effects of these toxic vaccines. It’s Madness.

Here is a quote from the Hippocratic oath that most Americans have no knowledge of.  “I will follow that system of regimen which, according to my ability and judgment, I consider for the benefit of my patients, and abstain from whatever is deleterious and mischievous. I will give no deadly medicine to any one if asked, nor suggest any such counsel; and in like manner I will not give to a woman a pessary to produce abortion.” (No abortion…no wonder they stopped the Oath)."
 
Instead using medicines that have been proven for years as treatments, Big Pharma is using the toxic shot for profit's sake.
