And power was given unto them over the fourth part of the earth, to kill with sword, and with hunger, and with death, and with the beasts of the earth."






Introduction
Dream starts 16:30 into the video. Bro. Tim tells of the first time he saw the man, the Lord, who visited him in his 2-26-21 dream.  


The man came to him in 1988/89 for the next 18 years until he was homeless, living under a bridge after burying an 18-year old daughter who died in a car crash.
