Introduction
Before we begin to explain the 18th chapter of Revelation, I will discuss how the 17th chapter of Revelation ends. The 17th chapter of Revelation ends with the beast with the ten horns burning the whore (Rev. 17:16-17), which is the city of Rome, the capital of the Roman Empire. 


Today the whore is the capital of the largest church of Christendom, the Roman Catholic Church (RCC).  In reality, the beast burning the whore is the destruction of the Vatican. In the 17th chapter I revealed the beast and the ten horns represent the nations of Russia, China and their allies.  


Dr. Kinley wrote the following in the Elohim book, Vol. 4, p. 82. “THE PAPACY AND THE RUSSIAN KREMLIN OR SATAN DIVIDED AGAINST HIMSELF … Such dogmatism on the part of the Roman Catholic Church and its reaching to attain ecclesiastical supremacy over the entire world pitted against the Communists’ aspirations for World Conquest by a materialistic supremacy has brought the world to the brinks of an universal catastrophe. The lines of battle are not clearly drawn for those who are ignorant of what is going on but seeing that the Roman Catholic Church under Pope John XXIII and Russia under Premier Nikita Khruschev did not give one inch to one another due to the fact that they both had (and their successors have) the same goal in mind — world domination, one along ecclesiastical lines and the other along political lines, a world catastrophe is the only possible outcome.”

Now the question arises: why is the war presented in Revelation 17th Chapter before the collapse of the economic system in Revelation 18th Chapter? Revelation 17 chapter has the beast destroying Rome in a war and in the 18th chapter, it talks about the destruction of Mystery Babylon’s financial system. How can these events occur in this order? 


The destruction of the financial system may occur before or after the war ensues, but in some cases, war does happen first, which destroys the financial system. During war the financial system can collapse due to heavy taxes and high inflation to pay for the war.

Throughout this discussion, as we have done before, I will use the law and prophets (Isa 8:20) as a basis for this research and the interpretation of the Apostle John’s vision of Revelation.


Now Revelation 18th chapter begins with John saying:


“And after these things ... Rev. 18:1 ” What “things” is John referring to? What “things” did John see?  He saw the destruction of Rome by the beast with 10 horns (Rev. 17:16). 


Then John said he saw an angel.  Rev. 18:1 “... I saw another angel come down from heaven, having great power; and the earth was lightened with his glory.” This is a repeat of the angel coming down from heaven and appearing to Moses in the burning bush with great power. The angel gave Moses signs to destroy Egypt and told him to tell Pharaoh to let Elohim’s people go (Exo. 3rd Chap).

Rev. 18:2 “And he cried mightily with a strong voice, saying, Babylon the great is fallen, is fallen, and is become the habitation of devils, and the hold of every foul spirit, and a cage of every unclean and hateful bird.” 


The angel told Moses the same thing about Egypt (Exo. 3:7-10). Elohim with his two angels also appeared to Abraham to tell him that they had come to destroy Sodom and Gomorrah because they were full of foul demons and hateful birds. 


The angels said: “For we will destroy this place, because the cry of them is waxen great before the face of the Lord; and the Lord hath sent us to destroy it (Gen. 19:13).”


In fulfillment, Yahshua the Messiah cast out unclean and hateful spirits from two men who asked Yahshua had He come to torment them before time. 


“Matt. 8: 28-29 And when he was come to the other side into the country of the Gergesenes, there met him two possessed with devils, coming out of the tombs, exceeding fierce, so that no man might pass by that way. 29 And, behold, they cried out, saying, What have we to do with thee, Jesus, thou Son of God? art thou come hither to torment us before the time?”


Mark gives another account of these incident in Mark 5:2-6, 9, naming one of the men who lost his mind as legion. “2 And when he was come out of the ship, immediately there met him out of the tombs a man with an unclean spirit, 3 Who had his dwelling among the tombs; and no man could bind him, no, not with chains: 4 Because that he had been often bound with fetters and chains, and the chains had been plucked asunder by him, and the fetters broken in pieces: neither could any man tame him. 5 And always, night and day, he was in the mountains, and in the tombs, crying, and cutting himself with stones. 6 But when he saw Jesus afar off, he ran and worshipped him, …  9 And he (Yahshua) asked him, What is thy name? And he answered, saying, My name is Legion: for we are many.”


As the plagues are poured out on Mystery Babylon here at the end of the age, there must be an angel down here directing this process as we saw with Moses and Lot.

Rev. 18:3 “For all nations have drunk of the wine of the wrath of her fornication, and the kings of the earth have committed fornication with her, and the merchants of the earth are waxed rich through the abundance of her delicacies.“


These are the lovers of Babylon partaking not only her doctrine, but embracing her economic system.

To understand the fall of Mystery Babylon the Great, one has to understand the creation of money. It should be created by law, dictated by the spiritual principles of Yahweh, and not by men under the influence of Babylon. 


President Lincoln said it best about the creation of money. "Money is a creature of Law and the original issue should be maintained by the exclusive monopoly of national government. The Government should stand behind it's currency, credit, and bank deposits of this nation. No individual should suffer a loss of money through depreciation or inflated currency or bank bankruptcy;" The Missing Pages Of American History Part III


Now the creation of money is the source of revenue for any financial and economic system and can be done in two ways. 
1. The State can create the money without charging interest for the people or 
2. money can be created by a private concern like a bank which charges interest and rules over the economy. 


Mayer Amschel Rothschild (1744 - 1812) said:
“Permit me to issue and control the money of a nation, and I care not who makes its laws!”


Now the ancient city of Babylon created a system where money creation was in the hands of the priests in the temple before a private concern took it over. Likewise, It was Israel’s priesthood that created the money (silver shekels) for the people.  The Messiah mentioned the duty of the priests in his parable of the talents.  He told the one servants who hid his one talent in the ground that “Thou oughtest therefore to have put my money to the exchangers, and then at my coming I should have received mine own with usury.“ (Matt 25:27). 


Both systems became corrupted as greed caused the creators to debase the money. Remember, the Messiah threw out the money changers in Matt. 21:12-13. “12 And Jesus went into the temple of God, and cast out all them that sold and bought in the temple, and overthrew the tables of the moneychangers, and the seats of them that sold doves, 13 And said unto them, It is written, My house shall be called the house of prayer; but ye have made it a den of thieves.”


Now this system of honest money and weights was perfect.  
Proverbs 11:1 “A false balance is an abomination to the Lord, but a just weight is his delight.”
Leviticus 19:35 -36 35 “Ye shall do no unrighteousness in judgment, in meteyard, in weight, or in measure. 36 Just balances, just weights, a just ephah, and a just hin, shall ye have: I am the Lord your God, which brought you out of the land of Egypt.”


However, the kings began to debase the money by altering the amount of gold and silver in each coin, mixing in zinc, tin or other metals. This is one of the factors that caused the Roman Empire and other kingdoms to fail. Joseph in Egypt said during the famine that the people said money failed in Egypt and they sold all their possessions and themselves into slavery for food (Gen. 47:15).  Hence, the debasement of money (printing money out of thin air) is also one of the factors that will cause Mystery Babylon to fail, which is occurring now.  Other factors that occur when money fails are tyranny and slavery.


There will be black markets springing up as people flee the digital money system.  Already, many people are leaving the cities and getting off the grid. A location in Peru, called Mt. PLIM researched money creation and the Federal Reserve Bank (FRB) in the early to late 1980s to mid-1990s with the New World Order, 1990, and Money Masters by Bill Still, 1996; and the Creature from Jekeyl Island by G. Edward Griffin, 1994.


The FRB is based on a Babylonian system of creating money with no gold or silver backing and charging interest.

Mystery Babylon is composed of three cities which control the whole world: Rome - religious center, London-financial center and Washington D.C. - military center.  Each of the cities are sovereign and independent from the country in which they reside.


What most Americans don’t understand is how powerful the RCC (Vatican City) is and how it has shaped world history, especially along financial and economical lines. In fact, the RCC bank is one of the most powerful banks in the world and the wealthiest with its priceless art collections and jewels. RCC bank is the largest holder of gold in the world.  This is never made public. 


RCC was one of the forces that helped form the new world of North & South America for the last 500+ years along with the city of London. The city of Londan was, and is, a powerful center of the world. Now it was these two cities which have controlled the US since 1871.

A most closely guarded secret that is not written in any textbook of US history is that RCC (Vatican City) and the City of London have been in control of the United States since 1871. This will come as a shock to most Americans, even though a few Americans (mainly academic scholars) know about this. 


In fact, there are two Constitutions and two United States. There is the original Constitution enforced from 1789 to 1871. Then by the Act of Congress (Act 1871) it made Washington D.C., a private corporation THE UNITED STATES (all in caps). 


Now the Congressional Act of 1871 created an entirely new constitution for the government of the District of Columbia, which is a corporation.


Congress wrote: “That all that part of the territory of the United States included within the limits of the District of Columbia be, and the same is hereby, created into a government by the name of the District of Columbia, by which name it is hereby constituted a body corporate for municipal purposes … and exercise all other powers of a municipal corporation. 41st Congress Session, session lll,  ch. 61,62 1871”

What is ironic here is that under the Constitution of 1787 and the Act of 1801, D.C. had already been made a municipality which is a corporation. Now “The United States Supreme Court has repeatedly called that Act (of, February 27, 1801) the “District of Columbia Organic Act” or the “Charter Act of the District of Columbia” and recognized it as the incorporation of the “municipality” known as the “District of Columbia”….  “ According to the United States Supreme Court those charter acts (first acts) were the official incorporation of the formal government (with its municipalities) of the District of Columbia as chartered by Congress in accord with the Constitution’s provision.  Again, the Supreme Court called that body of government “a corporation”, with the right to sue and be sued.  Respectively, since 1801, the District of Columbia has been consistently recognized as a “municipal corporation” with its own government.” Corp. Since the District of Columbia was already made a municipality in 1801, why do we need the act of 1871 to make it a municipality and a corporation again?


So this brings into question why did Congress enact the Act of 1871 for DC who already had its own charter and officers.  So clearly this Act of 1871 has another purpose. Many have questions of this Act of 1871 which setup a private corporation. Quoting from Assassination, Deceit, and Deception | The Swamp. “There have been many scholars who question the validity of what the Act of 1871 did to the United States. Yet, there is undeniable truth that the Act of 1871 was a direct result of the money changers influence on Congress to deceive the American public. Too many of us ever since 1871 haven't realized that our own government has been a Corporation created by the Act of 1871. Reference to Art. 1, 8, cl. 17. firmly stipulates that the government of the United States turned into a Corporation where citizens rights became privileges.”

Here is the backstory to fill in the history around this. In 1871 the US was in deep financial troubles due to the Civil War. President Lincoln had to issue green back currency to finance the Civil War because international bankers Rotchchilds wanted to charge interest rates of 28%.

• Quoting from Assassination, Deceit, and Deception | The Swamp. “By 1871 the United States was cash strapped. Needed funds for the debts of the Civil War and needed to reverse the downward spiral of the continuing economic troubles. The Bank of England would only lend the much needed funds if Congress passed the Act of 1871. We have to point out that in 1787 the "Constitution for the United States of America" was signed. In 1871 under the Act of 1871 the original Constitution was changed to "THE CONSTITUTION OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA" To this day, the American public have been deceived into thinking that THE CONSTITUTION OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA was the original.” In other words, this Act of 1871 used the original Constitution of 1787 as their charter. 

“In essence, this Act formed the corporation known as THE UNITED STATES. Note the capitalization, because it  is important. This corporation, owned by foreign interests, moved right in and shoved the original "organic" version of the Constitution into a dusty corner. With the "Act of 1871," our Constitution was defaced in the sense that the title was block-capitalized and the word "for" was changed to the word "of" in the title.
 The original Constitution drafted by the Founding Fathers, was written in this manner: …”
"The Constitution for the united states of America”. 


Also, note: on your drivers license and state ID, your name is written in all caps denoting that you are a part of the corporation.


“It is this corporation Act of the Constitution that says The United States is a FEDERAL CORPORATION. See 28 U.S.C. Sec. 3002(15); Washington, D.C. is a sovereign city-state, not bound by any laws or treatises that the 50 states in the Union are (just as the City of London is not part of England proper and the Vatican is also a sovereign city-state).”

Today one of the contributing factors leading to the demise of Mystery Babylon is the world banking system. The FRB was setup in 1913 supposedly to regulate the US economy and to maintain the value of the US dollar. This is done by regulating interest rates, and creating money and credit out of thin air. The system of banks used to create money is called the fractional reserve system (FRS), for more details see the video shown above.


How Banks Create Money


In reality, this FRS undermined the previous system that American had where paper money was backed by gold and coins were made out of silver, except the penny, made out of copper. Meaning, for example, if you had a $20.00 paper currency, you could take it to a bank and get a $20.00 gold coin, until 1933 when gold was confiscated. During the Great Depression of the 1930s most nations got off the gold standard. What the Fed Reserve System did was to create money out of thin air or as Lincoln stated above it created money by an act of law. 


Now quoting from  G. Edward Griffin, classical book The Creature from Jekyll Island


“The accepted version of history is that the Federal Reserve was created to stabilize our economy. One of the most widely-used textbooks on this subject says: "It sprang from the panic of 1907, with its alarming epidemic of bank failures: the country was fed up once and for all with the anarchy of unstable private banking."23 Even the most naive student must sense a grave contradiction between this cherished view and the System's actual performance. Since its inception, it has presided over the crashes of 1921 and 1929; the Great Depression of '29 to '39; recessions in '53, '57, '69, '75, and '81; a stock market "Black Monday" in '87; and a 1000% inflation which has destroyed 90% of the dollar's purchasing power.” The 2007- 2009 collapse of the US mortgages was caused by the Fed and it will also cause the coming collapse of the whole world Mystery Babylon System.

It should be noted that all nations had/have a central bank that had/have functions similar to the FRS. And the Bank of International Affairs (BIS) located in Basel Switzerland governs all central banks of the world. 


What this means is the BIS governs the reserves (the money the bank has to keep on hand to prevent a bank run), coordinates affairs of all banks in the world, and processes transactions between these banks. BIS is owned by member banks.


Agustin Carsten, manger of BIS says “central banks’ work on” a new money system, “digital currencies, which is a global effort of collaboration rather than competition.” This will not save the system from collapsing.

Moreover the US$ is the world reserve currency and the only currency used to purchase oil from the Middle East oil producers. In the last few years nations, especially Russia and China, have been using their own currencies to purchase oil because of the huge debt the US has in their physical budget ($30 trillion and trade balance of over $600 billion per quarter for 2021-22). 


The Bretton Woods system, created after WWII, was the first example to govern trade between nations by governing the regulation of monetary affairs, among independent states. “The chief features of the Bretton Woods system were an obligation for each country to adopt a monetary policy that maintained its external exchange rates within 1 percent by tying its currency to gold." In other words, the dollar was as good as gold and to be used in international trade with commodities priced in dollars. 


These are some of the main characters who run the world money. I almost forgot the IMF which primarily serves as the bank of the third world and emergent nations.  When their economies have trouble, they can get a loans and advice from the IMF, of course, with collateral.

Current world debt is almost $300 trillion dollars, which is more than 3.5 times greater than the GDP of the world economy. Clearly, the world system is collapsing as Revelation 18 chapter states Babylon is fallen!!   


Your only hope to save the purchasing power of your money is to buy silver and gold as PLIM has stated for the last 20 years.

Let me end by saying I will give more details on fractional reserve banking in future issues to show the power of the Vatican and London over the US. This has ramifications to Trump’s 2018 executive order that would seize the assets of any foreigner (country, person, corporations) interfering in US elections and the fall of Babylon. It’s been reported in alternative news that this corporation of 1871 has been revoked due to participation in the election fraud. For more details see the Marshal report.

Now by examining this from a metaphysical or spiritual standpoint, the original constitution of 1787 gave the American people their sovereign rights. The act of 1871 made the US a private corporation which changed these sovereign rights to privileges of the corporation that’s seeks to enslave us with taxes, etc. 


In comparison, following the spirit of Yahweh, the children of Israel were placed under the law of sin and death (Rom. 8:2) or the law of Moses which was a form of slavery. Israel was made free or given liberty through the crucifixion and resurrection of Yahshua the Messiah which ended the Post Diluvian Age (Gal. 5:1, 13). So Israel went from slavery to freedom and the US went from freedom to slavery.

“Rev. 18:4-5 And I heard another voice from heaven, saying, Come out of her, my people, that ye be not partakers of her sins, and that ye receive not of her plagues. For her sins have reached unto heaven, and God hath remembered her iniquities.” 


Understand that Moses and the children of Israel were spared the last seven plagues of Egypt when they were in Goshen (Ex 8: 22). The first three plagues were on the Israelites and Egyptians. The Angels drew out Lot and his family from Sodom and Gomorrah before the plagues of hail and fire (Gen. 19th Chapter). Also, Noah and his family and the animals fled into the ark before the earth was destroyed by the flood (Gen. 7:7). 


Likewise, we that are sealed with the Holy Spirit shall be spared the plagues of Mystery Babylon because we have come out of her spiritually, psychologically and physically.  There will be places of refuge likened unto Goshen that will be revealed to the sons.

“Rev. 18:6 Reward her even as she rewarded you, and double unto her double according to her works: in the cup which she hath filled fill to her double.”  


Her reward is on two planes, both physical and spiritual.

“Rev. 18:7 How much she hath glorified herself, and lived deliciously, so much torment and sorrow give her: for she saith in her heart, I sit a queen, and am no widow, and shall see no sorrow.”  


She said she is not a widow because she has many lovers who are supplying her with goods and services or material wealth, like China is supplying the U.S. and the world. A widow is someone whose husband has died.

Revelation 18:8-9 9 “Therefore shall her plagues come in one day, death, and mourning, and famine; and she shall be utterly burned with fire: for strong is the Lord God who judgeth her. And the kings of the earth, who have committed fornication and lived deliciously with her, shall bewail her, and lament for her, when they shall see the smoke of her burning,”


As the plagues destroyed the Egyptian economy, the country was in much sorrow, causing its inhabitants to give Israel all their riches.   


As a Babylonian system is destroyed the means of making profit will cease. All stock markets will basically fall to zero as consumer buying decreases in the WW3 or in the beast burning the whore.  


Know that as the war destroys cities, there is no economy  on either side.


Now these are the physical merchandise and the commodities that Babylon control which will be in short supply or rationed if at all.


All the remaining verses of Rev. 18th Chapter are mainly a rehash of the hour, the merchandise, and the falling of Babylon.
