Rev. 17:12 -18 …“And the ten horns which thou sawest are ten kings, which have received no kingdom as yet; but receive power as kings one hour with the beast. These have one mind, and shall give their power and strength unto the beast. These shall make war with the Lamb, and the Lamb shall overcome them: for he is Lord of lords, and King of kings: and they that are with him are called, and chosen, and faithful. And he saith unto me, The waters which thou sawest, where the whore sitteth, are peoples, and multitudes, and nations, and tongues.”
16 And the ten horns which thou sawest upon the beast, these shall hate the whore, and shall make her desolate and naked, and shall eat her flesh, and burn her with fire. 17 For God hath put in their hearts to fulfil his will, and to agree, and give their kingdom unto the beast, until the words of God shall be fulfilled. 18 “And the woman which thou sawest is that great city, which reigneth over the kings of the earth.”

Introduction

Rev.  17:9 “And here is the mind which hath wisdom. The seven heads are seven mountains, on which the woman sitteth."


7 Heads = 7 Mountains
There are many cities in the world that are built on seven hills. The top three power centers are Washington, Rome and London. Also Moscow is built on seven hills.


Washington, D.C., is built on Capitol Hill, Meridian Hill, Floral Hills, Forest Hills, Hillbrook, Hillcrest, and Knox Hill.


Rome and Moscow are on 7 hills.

War Cycles Begin
The Messiah told His disciples about war at the end of the previous age, the Post Diluvian Age.


Matt. 24:6-8 “And ye shall hear of wars and rumours of wars: see that ye be not troubled: for all these things must come to pass, but the end is not yet. For nation shall rise against nation, and kingdom against kingdom: and there shall be famines, and pestilences, and earthquakes, in divers places. All these are the beginning of sorrows.”


Signs are becoming clear that World War III is on the horizon.  England has sent the dragon China a warning if they have a landgrab they will nuke them.  See article below. One can see how belligerent nations have become to one another.


CHINA has been sent a warning by defence insider Nicholas Drummond, who told express.co.uk that Britain's nukes will be on standby for a'land grab'from Beijing - adding that 'we will use them' in a dire situation.


The media hasn’t mentioned to the American public the war tensions arising in the Middle East, in Syria, Eastern Europe, Ukraine. In the Far East you have the US and China bumping heads over Taiwan in the South China Sea.


Divine Meaning of the Horns on the Beast 

Rev.  17:12 “And the ten horns which thou sawest are ten kings, which have received no kingdom as yet; but receive power as kings one hour with the beast.”


Now in order to understand the 10  horns on the beast and the principle of the horns one must understand how horns were used and defined in the law and prophets. In order to accomplish this, one has to understand their context in the law and prophets, or the scriptures, as Dr. H. C. Kinley admonished in his discussion of Revelation in the Elohim book. 


One of the first things that has to be understood is that there are two mysteries in operation in the earth plane and there are horns associated with each mystery.  David understood this for he wrote in the Psalm that each mystery had a horn representing it. “All the horns of the wicked also will I cut off; but the horns of the righteous shall be exalted.” Psalms 75:10 This means that Lucifer has horn/s and the Messiah also has horns. In Revelation 5:6 the lamb that had been slain has horns.


“6 And I beheld, and, lo, in the midst of the throne and of the four beasts, and in the midst of the elders, stood a Lamb as it had been slain, having seven horns and seven eyes, which are the seven Spirits of God sent forth into all the earth.”


Horns on the vessels in the 
Tabernacle Revealed their Meaning and Purpose
In fact, the horn represented the Messiah for David said in Psalms “But my horn shalt thou exalt like the horn of an unicorn: I shall be anointed with fresh oil (Psalms 92:10).” Here the oil represents the Holy Spirit and the horn of the unicorn points to Yahshua the Messiah. This anointing took place when John the Baptist baptized Yahshua and the Holy Spirit descended upon Him in the form of a dove. Mt. 3:13-17)


In the Law, the tabernacle revealed the purpose of the horn. There were a total of eight horns in the tabernacle on two vessels, the brazen altar of sin sacrifice in the Court Round About and the Golden Altar of Incense in the Holy Place. Thus, eight horns and the two vessels give a grand total of ten. 


The instructions Yahweh gave for the horns are as follows.


“And thou shalt make the horns of it upon the four corners thereof: his horns shall be of the same: and thou shalt overlay it with brass.” Exodus 27:2


“And he made the incense altar of shittim wood: the length of it was a cubit, and the breadth of it a cubit; it was foursquare; and two cubits was the height of it; the horns thereof were of the same. And he overlaid it with pure gold, both the top of it, and the sides thereof round about, and the horns of it: also he made unto it a crown of gold round about.” Exodus 37:25-26 


Now the four horns on the brazen altar correlate to the four points of blood on Yahshua the Messiah’s cross (Matt. 27:28-50), the atoning sacrifice for the sin of Israel (Revelation 7:9-14). This was prefigured by the four points of blood around Israel’s door from the perfect lamb at Passover so the death angel would not enter in (Exo. 12th Ch.). 


Thus, the horns on the Brazen Altar represent the power of redemption and atonement through His blood and the four horns on the Golden Altar of incense represent mediation or an intercessor. Meaning when Israel prayed prayers the incense ascended to the father Yahweh. He was represented by the Ark of the Covenant and His Son was represent by the Altar of Incense.


The horns in the Law and Prophets, were fulfilled by the Messiah. Luke wrote “And hath raised up an horn of salvation for us in the house of his servant David;” (Luke 1:69). So the horns on both altars pointed to the purpose of Yahshua the Messiah, both of redemption and mediation. 


Now the horns above were examined in terms of Yahshua the Messiah, the Mystery of Righteousness. The other Mystery of Iniquity has Horns also as David in Psalms said which are carried out by the Beasts as Daniel saw in his night visions.

Now Zechariah the prophet saw in a vision four horns, which he said scattered Israel.  He wrote: “.. lifted I up mine eyes, and saw, and behold four horns. 19 And I said unto the angel that talked with me, What be these? And he answered me, These are the horns which have scattered Judah, Israel, and Jerusalem. Then said I, What come these to do? And he spake, saying, These are the horns which have scattered Judah, so that no man did lift up his head: but these are come to fray them, to cast out the horns of the Gentiles, which lifted up their horn over the land of Judah to scatter it. Zech 1:18-21


Now the four horns Zechariah saw in his vision represent the four Gentiles nations that scattered Israel, which can be correlated with the four beasts Daniel saw in his vision. There were other Gentile nations that attacked Israel, but we’re looking at a principle of Israel being scattered. So the beast with 10 Horns represents 10 Gentiles nations, who will hate the Harlot. 


Rev. 17:16 “And the ten horns which thou sawest upon the beast, these shall hate the whore, and shall make her desolate and naked, and shall eat her flesh, and burn her with fire.”


Abram fought 9 Kings in Sodom and Gomorrah 
In the Law and Prophets there have to have a manifestation of the horns or the 10 nations (tribes) starting with Abram for this is the beginning of Israel conquering nations in Canaan Land. Abram fought a battle to rescue Lot who had been taken captive. Now the Battle of the Vale Siddim called the War of Nine Kings or the Slaughter of Chedorlaomer,


Gen. 14:8-12 “8 Then the king of Sodom, the king of Gomorrah, the king of Admah, the king of Zeboyim and the king of Bela (that is, Zoar) marched out and drew up their battle lines in the Valley of Siddim 9 against Kedorlaomer king of Elam, Tidal king of Goyim, Amraphel king of Shinar and Arioch king of Ellasar—four kings against five. 10 Now the Valley of Siddim was full of tar pits, and when the kings of Sodom and Gomorrah fled, some of the men fell into them and the rest fled to the hills. 11 The four kings seized all the goods of Sodom and Gomorrah and all their food; then they went away. 12 They also carried off Abram’s nephew Lot and his possessions, since he was living in Sodom.”


Here the nine kings that fought this battle and Lot were rescued by Abram and this is Abram’s first of two rescues for Lot and his family’s from Sodom and Gomorrah by pleading with Elohim to spare any righteous men in Gomorrah. And only Lot and his family were saved from the wrath of the two angels. Gen. 18-19 chapters. This situation with Abram, Lot and his family makes 10, nine Kings and Lot delivered from Sodom again.


“And to the Canaanite on the east and on the west, and to the Amorite, and the Hittite, and the Perizzite, and the Jebusite in the mountains, and to the Hivite under Hermon in the land of Mizpah.” Joshua 11:3 KJV


10 Lepers correlate with the 10 horns
Now the question is how did the Messiah fulfill the 10 horns, which were Gentiles nations. The Messiah fulfilled this with a different manifestation, but the same principle. The Messiah healed and cleaned 10 lepers. Now under the Law of Moses lepers were unclean so they could not enter the temple, perform any rituals, nor socialize with Israel. By lepers being unclean they were treated the same as if they were Gentiles. 


Luke 17:11-18 “Now on his way to Jerusalem, Jesus traveled along the border between Samaria and Galilee. 12 As he was going into a village, ten men who had leprosy[a] met him. They stood at a distance 13 and called out in a loud voice, “Jesus, Master, have pity on us!”14 When he saw them, he said, “Go, show yourselves to the priests.” And as they went, they were cleansed. 15 One of them, when he saw he was healed, came back, praising God in a loud voice. 16 He threw himself at Jesus’ feet and thanked him—and he was a Samaritan. 17 Jesus asked, “Were not all ten cleansed? Where are the other nine? 18 Has no one returned to give praise to God except this foreigner?” 19 Then he said to him, “Rise and go; your faith has made you well.”


Who are the 10 Horns today?
It hasn’t been fully revealed. Various Christians denominations have tried to name the nations, but often failed as time went own, At one time some Christians believed the 10 horns were the European Common market. At other times Christian believed it was the Islamic religion. There were a few given visions on how to complete the 10 horns or 10 nations. The Romanian minister Dimitri Dutimin, the man who said America would burn, named a few, but not all nations.


Now the principal of the 10 horns would have to be manifested in Canaan land showing that Israel overcome them through Joshua and Yahweh. When Israel took the 144,000 fighting men led by Joshua the Son of Nun, they fought with 31 kings (Jos. 12th chp). Now these gentiles kings are understood by the scriptures to be represented as horns. These 31 kings are divided up into tribes, which are as follows: Canaanite, Amorite, Hittite, Perizzite, Jebusite, Hivite, Girgashites, to name a few. Jericho and AI were not part of these tribes.


What nation received power in the last 40 years?

Rev.  17:12 “… but receive power as kings one hour with the beast.”


Now the question arises what is the hour that the 10 horns will receive power with the beast. Clearly, this is not one of our earth hours. The Apostle Peter revealed what the earth hour is in terms of time with Yahweh. He wrote in his epistle: 2 Peter 3:8 "But, beloved, be not ignorant of this one thing, that one day is with the Lord as a thousand years, and a thousand years as one day." ... 2 Peter 3:8, NLT: "But you must not forget this one thing, dear friends: A day is like a thousand years to the Lord, and a thousand years is like a day." 
So 1 day=24 hours = 1,000 years
Then 1 hours equal 1000/24 = 41.67 years rounding down to 40 years for prophetic calculations. 


Now the only powers to rival all the former nations that made up the Roman Empire including the US (colony of England) are China and Russia. But the beast and the Woman riding on it has changed roles over time. The Harlot on the beast and her lovers are all the nations of the former Roman Empire and the beast represents China and Russia and their allies. Now Dr. Kinley said in the Elohim textbook, 4th vol. pg 87, the beast was Communist Russia Kremlin (USSR) which changed to Russia in 1989. Note: the beast with the 10 horns that Daniel saw on his vision is not the same one the Apostle John saw in his vision. Daniel saw the beast as the Roman empire.  Daniel and John saw the same beast with 10 horns, but manifest as different nations in different ages. More on this later.


Rev. 17:16 “And the ten horns which thou sawest upon the beast, these shall hate the whore, and shall make her desolate and naked, and shall eat her flesh, and burn her with fire.”


These 10 horns, as previously shown, are nations making the whore naked and burning her with fire, correlated today with WWIII. John saw the nations of the world symbolically represented as beasts because the nations of Russia, China, and their allies were not known at that time. 


As pointed out through the scriptures, the Law and Prophets. Yahweh always had Gentiles nations to punish Israel for her disobedience. So the major nations of the west that fornicated with the harlot are the former nations that made up the Roman empire which the beast hates today. Thus, in the news we can see the tension between Russia and these other nations, such as China and the Roman Catholics, etc.


Above and below are some of the visions that foresee the destruction of the US.
